Specialty Coffee in Denver
Denver Coffee Culture
Yes, Denver is an interesting amalgamation of all sorts of things. It can provide a traditional city life. It is situated in just the right spot for every manner of outdoor activities between 20 minutes and 3 hours away, sun, rain or snow. And it really seems the ideal place for an extensive network of incredible pour over coffee shops. I know of plenty in nearby Boulder, and have not explored every nook and cranny in Denver proper, but I hope to find more specialty coffee shops on my next visit. There is nothing better than a hot pour over coffee in Denver on a cold morning. Either way, I can’t recommend a visit to Denver enough and hope you have the opportunity to explore it soon, whatever brings you there.

Sapor Coffee & Concepts
Sapor Coffee & Concepts is the perfect spot on a busy street across a bridge leading into downtown Denver, with plenty of natural light, and a specialty coffee selection worth trying every bean. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon it very close to where I was staying and returned every day to start off right with a guaranteed delicious pour over coffee in Denver before going on the hunt for more coffee shops and hitting the outdoors. Check it out next time you’re in town!

You can’t go wrong with an at-home coffee setup that includes a Fellow Ode Coffee Grinder, a Fellow Stagg gooseneck kettle, an Acaia Pearl pour over scale, and I have plenty of coffee mugs in my collection, but the Fellow Big Jo is great as well!
