An Introduction

The Yama Kyoto-style cold brew maker is certainly the most elegant cold brewer on Earth. It also looks like it comes straight out of a science lab. Some serious dedication went into the craft of creating the Yama Kyoto and the quality shows through and through. I kid you not, there is even one masterful coffee shop in San Diego that managed to extract a Gesha bean so perfectly with this Kyoto cold brewer that the coffee tastes like blueberries. It’s incredible. The Yama is second to none, especially if you are willing to learn its intricacies and devote yourself to some seriously good cold brew.
