An Introduction

Perhaps one of the most basic methods of brewing coffee out there and very easily learned and accessed, the cloth coffee sock, rested over any large pot, pitcher or carafe allows for an easy method of extraction. Add boiling water to the coffee grounds, let it sit, and in no time you have a very direct cup of coffee. No wonder it’s one of the most commonly used coffee brewing methods in the world!
